Our objective and desire is to provide men with the opportunity to grow in their walk with the Lord Jesus Christ by applying biblical principles to the issues that are important in the lives of men. We do this by offering teaching, fellowship, and other activities that will draw men closer to God and closer to each other. In this way they can be examples of His love to their family, friends, co-workers, and to the community.

Men’s Prayer
We are meeting each Tuesday morning for prayer at 6:30am at the church office. The prayer starts promptly and ends by 7:30 – please be on time for arrival as we cannot leave the front doors open. The office is located at 9154 West 135th Street, Overland Park, KS (behind Cornerstone Bank).
Men’s Breakfast
We will be having Men’s Breakfast Saturday, March 3, 2012. Breakfast and fellowship start at 7:30am and a devotion from God’s Word starts at 8:00am. We meet at the Church office at 9154 W 135th St. Overland Park KS just behind Cornerstone Bank. Please join us for a time to study God’s Word and learn from one another.
Men’s Retreat ‘Iron Sharpens Iron’
Our Annual Calvary Chapel Men’s Retreat is coming up on March 23 and 24, 2012, “Iron Sharpens Iron”. We are excited to have Pastor Sandy Adams from Calvary Chapel Stone Mountain in Atlanta, GA as our special guest speaker. Sandy has been the Pastor of Calvary CSM for 31 years and has authored seven books and speaks frequently at conferences.
The conference will be held at Tall Oaks Conference Center, in Linwood, Kansas. This location is about 25 miles west of Overland Park, Kansas and features all the amenities that will help us to draw near to the Lord and also enjoy fellowship with one another.
In addition, we are offering an optional pre-retreat trap shoot on Friday, March 23 from 9:30 am to 12 noon (lunch will be included). We will alternate shooters so even if you don’t have a shotgun you can still join us for this activity. The shooting range is located near Tall Oaks and this allows quick access to the retreat center.
The cost of the retreat alone is $95 and the cost for the retreat and trap shoot (with lunch and ammo) is $135 per person. These amounts include lodging and meals – dinner on Friday evening, breakfast and lunch on Saturday. All you have to bring is toiletries, towels and bedding will be provided.
